Labor Market Survey (LMS) is a review of employment opportunities in the industrially injured or ill worker´s labor market to obtain specific information (such as physical demands and qualifications) related to existing job postings. For Defense Base Act claims, it is recommended that every LMS submitted to the US Department of Labor contain specific types of information.
