Tangiers International understands that global claims handling can be complicated. If the carrier does not have local claims staff, this often diverts the resources of insurance companies, the policy holder, self-insured entities, and brokers from their core-business activities.
Tangier´s Third Party Administration (TPA) Service provides local resources and services to handle claims investigation, evaluation, resolution and benefits delivery, thereby shifting in-house resources back to core-business operations. Furthermore, in view of economies of scale and our International experience, Tangiers services can be more cost effective than setting up an in-house claims section, which relies on leg-work from either the insured´s or broker´s local staff.
Our TPA service team consists of seasoned international multi-line adjusters who handle Property, WC, Casualty and Energy claims, amongst others; losses are handled from notification to resolution, and within pre-stipulated Standards of Practice.

Our TPA Claims Management System provides our clients with 'live' data updates of their current claims, as they happen. It also provides statistical data which can be integrated with Financial and/or Risk Management systems, thereby avoiding duplication of work.
